Zaragosa Restaurant has a policy to serve customers in a responsible, friendly and professional manner.


Management & Staff at Zaragosa supports the Responsible Service of Alcohol which includes;

• Not serving alcohol to intoxicated customers
• Not serving customers to the point of intoxication
• Not serving alcohol to people behaving in a disorderly manner
  
• Not serving underage customers
  
• Service of alcohol will be refused to any person who cannot produce appropriate proof of age identification:
  

                                                                            -valid State or Territory photo drivers licence

                                                                            -valid photo passport

                                                                            -valid proof of age (18 card)

                                                                            -valid International drivers licence

• Staff members will assist customers by providing food and non-alcoholic beverage selections and water.  
  
• Staff members will happily call a taxi for customers who have been drinking
  
• Ensure no harm comes to patrons as a result of our service of alcohol.
  

As Zaragosa is in a residential area, please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum when you leave.
